ORI CLEANSE

Ricardo de Paula
digital

ORI CLEANSE is a political statement, an act of self-empowerment and a cleansing process. Six dancers with a wide variety of backgrounds demonstrate an overwhelming belief in the power of their bodies, their community and their solidarity. The source of their strength is nature, as well as a holistic awareness of themselves and every other life. And thus they bring hope for the beginning of a new era, a decolonialized future in which all human beings are free subjects.

ORI CLEANSE is the second part of the project MIMIMI Space, which examines a variety of perspectives on Black bodies.
