PAF &friends Visit

The national networking format PAF &friends Visit of the FESTIVALFRIENDS association invites artists from the regions of the six partner festivals as festival observers and creates space for an artistic further development and to pursue long-term collaborations. Participating artists are invited to discover the aesthetics and working methods of the productions of the festival, attend the discussion events and take part in a variety of networking opportunities in order to enter into exchange with each other. In a program of workshops and conversation formats, conceived and accompanied by the collective AnnaKPok, they will test encounters in digital-hybrid spaces.

At the Transnational Tabletalk, the two festival networks FESTIVALFRIENDSand Bridging the Scenes will introduce themselves and invite everyone who is interested to an exchange on the European festival landscape.

FESTIVALFRIENDS is a joint initiative of the association of regional festivals of the independent performing arts, consisting of the Performing Arts Festival (Berlin),  6 tage frei (Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg), Hauptsache Frei (Hamburg), RODEO (München), FAVORITEN (Dortmund, Nordrhein-Westfalen) und IMPLANTIEREN (Frankfurt am Main, Rhein-Main-Region), and is realized through the program "Verbindungen fördern" of the Bundesverbands Freie Darstellende Künste e. V. using funds provided by the German Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.
