Caroline's works pursue a persistent interest in simultaneously strong and permeable framings. She is always accompanied by the question of the supposedly banal, of implicit forms of address and the emancipatory in showing and in watching. Her latest works were "WHAT ON EARTH", a scenic-auditory earth surface spectacle, the ensemble performance "WOMAN WITH STONES" and the VR installation "wabe[]ost". 

Stine Hertel works as a performance artist and lighting designer. She is co-founder of the performance platform Rotterdam Presenta and runs the department for Special Defects since 2016. There she thinks about the resistant performativity of space and material and builds escalating stage sets and installations.

Rahel Kesselring works as a stage designer and develops scenographies and lighting concepts in various groupings. She has developed her own works for Ashkal Alwan HWP, Festival junger Talente and Alte Fabrik Rapperswil. She studied applied theater studies in Gießen as well as scenography at the Kunsthochschule Basel and at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste Wien.

She is currently a research associate at the Zurich University of the Arts.

Tamara Antonijević (1989) writes and works as a dramaturg and artistic collaborator in performance, theater and dance pieces. She studied dramaturgy at the University of Arts in Belgrade, Serbia and holds an MA from the Institute of Applied Theatre Studies in Gießen, Germany. The role of text in the collaborative process is the focus of her interest and research. She lives in Berlin.

Carmen Salinas is a freelance dramaturg and production manager working with performing artists and cultural institutions in Germany and Spain. She studied art history in Barcelona and Berlin and dramaturgy in Frankfurt and participated in the Academy for Performing Arts Producers of the Bündnis internationaler Produktionshäuser e.V. in 2018.
