Twin Speaks

A corpse has been found on the banks of the Rhine in Switzerland and now the killer has to be found. Freely adapted from David Lynch’s iconic television series Twin Peaks, a thriller has been developed and filmed with the inhabitants of a small Swiss town. While the film part – something between a television movie, a docufiction and a mystery – can be watched on screens at home, the stage part of Twin Speaks has been moved to chats, voice messages and videos that are performed live in front of the audience.

vorschlag:hammer have been developing theater productions as a collective since 2009. In recent years, their performative narrative theater has opened up to a wide variety of aesthetic strategies, to visual-atmospheric or body-oriented works. In doing so, they both freely adapt already existing material or develop research-based productions on ever new thematic fields. From 2015-2022 vorschlag:hammer receives funding from the state of NRW.
