How can we, by using our bodies and physicality, address and subvert the stereotypes attached to the female body by our Western Society? How can we, through movement, challenge the patriarchal heteronormative narrative on female pleasure and sexuality? Joséphine Auffray and Sara Maurizi investigate these questions by using the imagery of cooking tutorials and recipes, in particular those regarding the process of deboning and stuffing turkey, as a metaphor of objectification and stereotypical representation of female bodies within the patriarchal society.
